Payment:

Checks are payable to Southold Opera

Cash payment is not acceptable by children or teens, only by parents

There is a $50 fee for all returned checks.

Tuition Payment: the full tuition is collected at the first paying class/session of each trimester but the amount can be split up in 2 to 3 checks given to the teacher at once on the first day of paying class. Checks will be cashed at a date conjointly decided by the Southold Opera and the student or the  student's parents.

Refund in case of definitive departure: In case of definitive departure before the end of the trimester, paid tuition for classes not taken are refundable with 2 weeks' notice.

Missed classes:

Classes missed due to teacher absence will be made up at the earliest possible date.

 

Classes missed due to the student absence can be made up before the end of the school year.

The Southold Opera House is following the town of Southold's Schools Closing Days (snow, storm days, etc.)
